Owner/Psychotherapist
Laurie A. Rechek, LCSW
Hello, I'm Laurie Rechek, LCSW, founder of Rechek Psychotherapy Services. I believe that true healing begins when you feel seen, understood, and empowered. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, knowing they want things to be different but unsure how to get there. They've made the brave decision to invest their time, energy, and hope into this process because they are ready for a change that truly lasts.

If that sounds like you, you're in the right place. My approach is built on a warm, compassionate partnership. I see my role as a supportive guide—one who will be your cheerleader, reminding you of the incredible strength you already possess, while also gently helping you get curious about the patterns that are no longer serving you.

To facilitate this deep work, I specialize in highly effective therapies: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to heal from trauma and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to break free from the grip of OCD. These are more than just talk; they are powerful tools for resilience. Therapy with me is an active process, filled with genuine care and a bit of humor to lighten the way.

You are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide the space, the tools, and the unwavering support you need to do the work of building the life you deserve. If you're ready to begin, I'm here.

Psychotherapist
Hannah Domasky, LPC
Hi there, I’m Hannah! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UW-Whitewater. I enjoy working with a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma and mood disorders. I am also passionate about working with other stressors that may be impacting your mental health including family and relationship conflicts, marital issues, and work struggles.
I work mainly from a Person-Centered approach as I value meeting you where you are at, while helping you navigate your journey through life. Through authenticity, humor, and curiosity, we will collaboratively work together to reach your goals and true self. I also incorporate other treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR.
As a counselor, I strive to make this space a safe one for you as I know it can feel scary taking this step. Your mental health is important, and I will provide a nonjudgmental and compassionate space for you to share, process and reach that place you want to be. No matter how big or small, your thoughts and feelings matter, you are not alone, and you deserve to be happy! I’m looking forward to meeting you and am honored to take this journey with you!

Psychologist
Kalyn Gebhardt Johnson, PhD
Greetings, I'm Dr. Kalyn! I'm a licensed psychologist and earned my doctorate degree from Ball State University in School Psychology. While much of my experience has been working with children and adolescents, I am also expanding my practice to adults to provide a different lens across the lifespan.

I believe we all need help from time to time, and that starts with a strong, supportive relationship. While I use a variety of evidence-based practices, people come first, not the jargon and fancy terms. It's about real talk for real-life difficulties. Any and all things "life," bring it my way. In my experience, there is also not a "one size fits all" to therapy, it's about connection, compassion, and collaboration.
Therapy can be hard work and even scary at times. I'm here to make sure it is a safe, welcoming, and even fun place to be (hope you don't mind "The Office," "Friends" and "Parks and Rec" quotes!). I'm so thrilled you have decided to take the first step (which is often the hardest!). We're glad you're here.
